Warranty Policy
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
TEPSA STEEL POWER warrants that its manufactured products and their components are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of invoice.
2. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
If a product fails during the warranty period, the customer must:

Submit a written warranty request to TEPSA STEEL POWER through the official communication channels at https://www.steelpower.com.mx/.

Provide evidence of the defect, including photographs, technical reports, or the defective product for inspection.

Allow 24 to 48 hours for the initial review of the claim.

Wait for shipping instructions, which will be provided by TEPSA STEEL POWER. Products must be shipped exclusively through an authorized courier or freight carrier.

Return the product properly packaged and protected, together with a copy of the original invoice.
Note: On-site inspections or warranty service at the customer's location are not available.
3. TECHNICAL EVALUATION AND RESOLUTION
Once the product is received at TEPSA STEEL POWER facilities, our technical specialists will inspect it to determine whether the failure is the result of defects in materials, manufacturing, or assembly.
If the warranty claim is approved, TEPSA STEEL POWER will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer and will cover the return shipping costs.
If the warranty claim is denied, the customer will be notified and may choose to have the product repaired at their expense, including the cost of return shipping.
4. RETURNS FOR DEFECTS IDENTIFIED UPON DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon delivery. If visible damage or functional defects are detected, the customer must:

Notify TEPSA STEEL POWER in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the product.

Follow the same return procedure described above for technical evaluation.
Note: On-site returns and pickup services are available only for local customers and are subject to prior approval by TEPSA STEEL POWER.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall TEPSA STEEL POWER be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits resulting from the use, failure, or malfunction of the product.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, extreme environmental conditions, or inadequate maintenance.

Costs related to operational downtime, production losses, contractual penalties, or any other financial losses arising from product defects.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer agrees to:

Operate the product in accordance with TEPSA STEEL POWER technical specifications and operating instructions.

Inspect the product upon receipt and report any defects within the established time frame.

Provide complete and accurate information when submitting a warranty claim, including appropriate technical evidence.

Properly package the product for shipment to prevent additional damage during transportation.

Refrain from modifying, repairing, or altering the product without prior written authorization from TEPSA STEEL POWER.

Review and approve all drawings, designs, or technical specifications when required, accepting responsibility for any errors resulting from such approval.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may void the warranty.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Acceptance and receipt of the product constitute the customer's full acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty Policy.
